Thuy Thi Truong, a cherished mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025. Born in Hue, Vietnam, on December 15, 1934, Thuy brought the resilience, wisdom, and spirit of her homeland to her adopted city of Boston, Massachusetts, where she was a beacon of strength and inspiration to her loved ones. Thuy is survived by her beloved children, Ngoc, Toan, Van, Hanh, Lan, Lieu, and Thuy Vo and their spouses. As well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her memory will live on in their hearts and through their lives. Thuy is predeceased by her parents, Thanh Truong and Kinh Nguyen, her husband, Tung Vo and her son, Anh Vo. Thuy's legacy is one of love, resilience, and kindness, and her impact on those who knew her will never be forgotten. Visitation for Thuy will be held at McHoul Family Funeral Home, 354 Adams Street, Dorchester, Massachusetts, 02122, on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 4:00 pm EDT. A Mass of Catholic Burial will take place at St Ambrose Parish, 240 Adams Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02122, on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 10:00 am EDT. Thuy will be laid to rest at Blue Hill Cemetery, 700 West Street, Braintree, Massachusetts, 02184, at 11:30 am EDT on the same day.
